1. Contact us

The quickest way is the Feedback form in the app: it sends us the app version and the tour you were on. Or email hello@wayli.ai. 2. Getting started

Get Wayli for iPhone from the App Store:

Download on the App Store

On Android, use Wayli in your browser at app.wayli.ai. Open the app and browse the tours in your city on the Explore tab, or search for a place. Open a tour to see its route and chapters, then press play. You can plan on the web at app.wayli.ai and pick the walk up on your phone once you are there. Tel Aviv and Jerusalem have the most walks today; more cities are added as their chapters are checked.

3. Accounts and sign-in

  • You do not need an account to browse, listen or download. An account keeps your saved walks and progress in sync across devices.
  • Sign in with your email and a password, or with Sign in with Apple.
  • Forgot your password? Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen; a reset code is emailed to you.
  • To delete your account, open Settings → Delete account in the app, or email us. Deletion removes your account and saved data within 30 days.

4. Walking and audio

  • Audio keeps playing with the screen off or the phone in your pocket. Use the lock screen controls or your headphones to pause and skip.
  • Pick the mood of the narration (curious, relaxed, deep-dive) in Settings → Narration style.
  • The next chapter starts as you arrive at its stop. If it does not, check that location access is allowed while using the app.
  • No sound? Check the silent switch and the media volume; Wayli plays through the media channel, not the ringer.

5. Offline walks

Save a tour, then tap Download to keep its chapters and audio on your phone. Downloaded walks play without a connection and are listed under Saved → Downloads. Remove a download from the same place to free space.

6. Location

Wayli uses your location only while the app is open, to show nearby tours and to start the right chapter as you walk. It never tracks you in the background and never shares your location with advertisers. You can turn location off in your phone's settings and still listen to any walk by starting chapters yourself.

7. Your data

What we collect and why is in the privacy policy; the rules of the road are in the terms of service. To see, correct or delete your data, email hello@wayli.ai from the address on your account.

8. Report a problem

A wrong fact in a chapter, a stop in the wrong place, a route that does not make sense: use "Send feedback about this tour" on the tour page in the app, or write to hello@wayli.ai with the tour name and the chapter. Chapters are written and checked by people, and corrections ship quickly.
