1. In short
- Bought on the web through Paddle: full refund within 14 days of a charge, no questions asked.
- Bought on the web with PayPal: full refund within 14 days of the payment, issued through PayPal. A refund or chargeback ends that pass straight away.
- Bought in the iPhone app: refunds are handled by Apple, not by us.
- Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
2. Web purchases (Paddle)
Plans bought through Paddle checkout on the web are sold through Paddle.com, our merchant of record for those orders.
- Ask for a refund within 14 days of a charge — the first purchase or any renewal — and you get a full refund, no questions asked.
- Request it by writing to hello@wayli.ai, or look up your order at paddle.net.
- After 14 days we do not refund the period that has already passed, except where the law requires it. You can still cancel at any time to stop future renewals.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method. How long they take to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
3. Web purchases (PayPal)
Where offered in the web app, orders paid with PayPal are sold directly by SOSW LTD, with PayPal as the payment processor.
- Ask within 14 days of the payment for a full refund, no questions asked. Write to hello@wayli.ai from your Wayli account email with the PayPal transaction id or the payment date.
- We issue refunds through PayPal, back to your PayPal account or original funding source. How long they take depends on PayPal and your bank.
- Any refund — full or partial — or reversal ends that pass immediately, including days added by buying the same pass again. Other plans are not affected. If that removes days you paid for in a separate payment that was not refunded, write to us and we restore them.
- After 14 days we do not refund time that has already passed, except where the law requires it.
- Please contact us first about a dispute or chargeback. Opening one ends access to that pass, including days added by buying it again. If it is resolved in our favour, write to hello@wayli.ai and we restore the time that was left when the dispute was opened; it is not restored automatically.
4. App Store purchases
Purchases made in the Wayli iPhone app are billed by Apple, and Apple handles their refunds. We cannot issue App Store refunds ourselves. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com; Apple's decision is final.
5. Cancelling
Passes do not renew, so there is nothing to cancel. This includes every PayPal purchase, which is a one-time pass. To stop a subscription:
- App Store — iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Web (Paddle) — the link in your Paddle receipt email, paddle.net, or hello@wayli.ai.
After cancelling you keep your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for.
6. Your legal rights
If you are a consumer, this policy does not affect the rights your local consumer law gives you, including in the EU, the UK and Israel.
7. Misuse
We may suspend an account that repeatedly abuses refunds or chargebacks.
